How Subscriptions Work
Our subscription service delivers fresh flowers to your door every week. It's straightforward — you choose a delivery day, we handle the rest. Your flowers arrive in premium protective packaging designed to keep them fresh from our studio to your home. Most people get their deliveries between 8am and 2pm, though exact timing varies by week. You can pause anytime, skip a delivery, or change your schedule without penalties.
Think of it like having a standing appointment with someone who genuinely cares about quality. We're not sending generic arrangements — each week features seasonal blooms selected specifically for what's available right now in Kaunas. You'll get variety without having to decide what to buy.
Delivery Days and Timing
You'll choose which day of the week works best for your schedule. We deliver Monday through Friday. Most customers pick Tuesday or Wednesday because that's when they want fresh flowers to brighten the midweek slump.
Here's what actually happens: flowers arrive in our studio on Monday morning, get arranged fresh that same day or Tuesday morning, then head out for delivery. We don't pre-make arrangements and hold them — that defeats the purpose. Your flowers are cut and arranged within 24 hours of delivery.
- Monday-Friday delivery windows available
- Arranged fresh the day before delivery
- Protective packaging included with every order
- Delivery typically between 8am-2pm
What's in the Box
When your flowers arrive, you're getting more than just blooms. The box contains your fresh arrangement (usually 5-7 stems depending on the week), a packet of flower food, and care instructions printed on card stock. We wrap everything in tissue paper and include a protective insert so nothing shifts during delivery.
The box itself is recyclable cardboard — nothing fancy, but it does the job. It's sized so flowers fit snugly without being crushed. We've tested this with every weather condition Kaunas throws at us. Summer heat, spring rain, winter cold — flowers still arrive in excellent condition.
Unbox them immediately when they arrive. Cut about half an inch off the stems at a 45-degree angle, remove any leaves below the waterline, and place them in clean water with the food packet mixed in. Most arrangements last 7-10 days with basic care.
Pausing and Adjusting
Life happens. Sometimes you've got flowers from last week still looking great. Sometimes you're traveling. That's why we built flexibility into every subscription. You can pause for a week, skip a month, or adjust your delivery day — no questions asked, no extra fees.
To make changes, just contact us through our message page or reply to your delivery confirmation email. We respond within a few hours during business days. If you need to pause before Thursday, we'll skip that week's delivery. Changes after Thursday apply to the following week.
Quick Adjustments
Skip a delivery, pause for holidays, change your day, or cancel anytime. No long-term commitment. You're in control of your subscription.
Your First Delivery
Here's what to expect when your subscription kicks in. You'll receive a confirmation email the day before delivery with the delivery window and your arrangement details. The flowers you're getting that week are listed there — the specific stems, colors, and any seasonal variations.
When the driver arrives, they'll knock on your door. You don't need to be home — they can leave the box in a safe spot you've specified. If you're home, you can ask questions about the arrangement or any care tips. Most drivers are friendly and actually enjoy talking about flowers.
Once you've got the flowers, follow the care instructions in the box. We're not exaggerating when we say proper water changes make a difference. Three days in, change the water and re-cut the stems. It's a 30-second task that extends the life significantly.
Making It Work for You
The best subscription is one that fits your life, not the other way around. We've built our service around flexibility because we know your needs change. You might want flowers every week in spring and then pause in summer. You might shift your delivery day when your work schedule changes. All of that's fine — just let us know.
Most people find their rhythm after the first few deliveries. You'll learn which flowers last longest in your home, which arrangement sizes work best for your space, and when you actually want them to arrive. That's when subscriptions really click — when it feels less like an obligation and more like something you look forward to.
Start with your preferred delivery day and go from there. You can always adjust. We're here to make fresh flowers a regular part of your week without any hassle.
